Q.Can I bring in my own food? 
A.No.  We don't allow outside food in the building.

Q.Do you offer any food other than pizza? 
A.Yes.  Please ask for menu options and pricing.

Q.Can I bring in my own cake? 
A.Yes.  This would take $10 off of any of the packages listed above.

Q.What is the smallest skate size you have? 
A.Child size 6 Figure Skate.

Q.What is the largest skate size you have? 
Men's size 14 Hockey Skate.

Q.How much do extra invitations cost? 
A.$5 per package of 15 invitations.

Q.Can I rent more private ice than what is included with the package? 
A.Yes.  Please ask for availability and pricing.

Q.Is Gratuity Included? 
A.No.  Typical gratuity is 8-12% of your total party cost.

Q.When do I have to tell you if I want extra food or have extra children attending? 
A.We need to know at least 3 business days prior to your party.

Q.Is there a Deposit Required? 
A.Yes.  A $100 non-refundable deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your party.  We will hold a credit card upon your arrival the day of your party.

Q.What forms of payment do you accept? 
A.Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Q.What if none of these packages are what I'm looking for?

Party Policies:

  • Party dates/times are reserved on a first come, first served basis.  Ice Station recommends that parties are booked at least one week in advance.
  • All parties require a $100 non refundable deposit
  • Upon arriving for your party, we require a credit card to be held for the balance of the party. 
  • Please call in advance to order any necessary extra food items.
